If you're looking to learn more about me... 

I'm James Hayden, FAA certified drone pilot (Part 107), photographer and videographer in Louisville, Ky. I'm just a regular guy, making ends meet to support my family by working at a UPS warehouse. I'm a family man, I have a very supportive wife and 2 awesome kids who cheer me on and love seeing me chase my dream! This whole journey is fairly recent though.. 

I never had any kind of drive or ambition before getting sober (3 years as of July 2024). I used to be a "functioning alcoholic" just existing through life. I thought I was stuck, just dreading through the work week at a hot and dirty warehouse until I got old, burnt out and retired. 

Once I put the bottle down, it's like a fog cleared up and I found clarity! I pulled the trigger and got myself something fun as a reward; my first drone. Something to do for fun! I had never really had a real hobby before.. 

Well, that was my introduction to photography, something I had always wanted to pursue. Once I discovered that I could take really nice photos, it all snowballed from there! I studied for months to get FAA certified. Then I invested in a handheld camera. Wow, the photos keep getting better and better! I'm feeling something I've never felt before; passion! I've found my calling, finally! 

Then I started mentoring with an amazing videographer; Sam Foree (CK Entertainment). He took me under his wing and showed me the ropes filming weddings. Then that has led me to meet Kyle Conder (Conder Media) and he loved my passion and drive and the work I was producing and wanted me to come along with him on some of his photo shoots and filming weddings! 

My goal is to one day be able to break away from punching a time clock at the dreadfull 9-5 and live my dream, full time! At the rate things are going, I see that dream becoming my reality in the very near future! 

This fire in me is burning hot and I'm no where near being fully content with my work, so I can promise you that what I provide to you will be better than what I've already done!
